Pay It Forward

On Friday the 15th of April our school celebrated Pay It Forward, an initiative run by the Le Chéile Schools group to inspire people to be kind to each other.

In the run up to the event we tried to get people inspired by sticking up helpful suggestions of how you could be kind to someone as well as funny memes to make people happy.

On the actual day the kindness began as soon as you stepped through the door with everybody receiving a chocolate coin with a positive message written on it. Throughout the day students were actively encouraged to hold open doors and carry something for somebody amongst other acts of kindness.

At lunch time we also created a wall of smiles in the P.E. hall where everybody was free to go and have their picture taken with their friends.
